Research on the Innovation of Wushu Option Course Teaching in Colleges and Universities
This paper studies the status quo of wushu option course teaching in colleges and universities by the method of literature and logical analysis, combined with the teaching reform practice, and believes that wushu option courses in colleges and universities has not played the role of inheritance and development of excellent Chinese traditional culture. At the same time, the curriculum system and teaching can not meet the diversified needs of college students for wushu courses. This paper proposes the return of wushu optional course from a single physical education course to cultural inheritance; Wushu option course should decipher the cultural form of wushu,and students can choose wushu on the basis of correct understanding of wushu. Wushu optional courses in colleges and universities should construct wushu culture hardware and software scenes to inherit wushu culture. The development of a framework of boxing fighting techniques allows students to have a good appreciation and understanding of wushu culture and skills, so that more universities can have a deep understanding of Chinese Wushu and actively participate in the inheritance of Wushu culture.
