阴阳学说是一种思维方法,是中医学理论体系的重要组成部分.自然界的阴阳二气变化使一年四时呈现出"春生、夏长、秋收、冬藏"和"春温、夏热、秋燥、冬寒"的节律性特征.四时阴阳之气的变化,是万物生长与收藏的根本.人体阴阳气血随四时变化而变化,保持机体与其内外环境之间的阴阳平衡可增进人体健康.顺时运动遵循四时气候节律性变化规律,符合顺时养生法则.顺时运动即人体在一年四时中的运动强度随四时的变化而有所不同.研究显示:中等运动强度最为科学,夏季的运动强度最大,以中等偏高强度为主;春季和秋季运动强度次之,以中等强度为主;冬季运动强度最小,以中等偏低强度为主.
On Four Seasons and Synchrony Sport from the Theory of Yin and Yang of Traditional Chinese Medicine
The theory of Yin and Yang is a way of thinking and an important part of the theoretical system of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The change of Yin and Yang in nature makes the four seasons of a year show the rhythmic characteristics of"spring born,summer grow,autumn harvest and winter storage"and"warm spring,hot summer,dry autumn and cold winter".The change of the Qi of Yin and Yang in the four seasons is the basis for the growth and collection of all things.The Yin andYang Qi and Blood of the human body change with the changes of the four seasons.Keeping the balance of Yin and Yang between the body and its internal and external environment can promote health.Synchronous movement follows the rhythm change rule of four seasons climate and conforms to the law of timing health preservation.Synchronous movement means that the intensity of human body movement varies with the change of four seasons in a year.Research shows that moderate exercise intensity is the most scientific.The exercise intensity in summer is the highest,mainly medium to high intensity;the exercise intensity in spring and autumn is the second,mainly medium intensity;in winter,the intensity of exercise is the smallest,mainly in moderate to low intensity.
