The Comprehensive Value and Practical Path of Hub Type Sports Social Organizations'Participation in Grassroots Sports Governance under the Perspective of Corporatism
The study makes comprehensive use of literature,comparative analysis and logical reasoning to analyse the features of corporatism of hub-based sport social organisations from the perspective of corporatism,summarise the value of their participation in grassroots sport governance,and then explore the practical paths of hub-based sport social organisations'participation in grassroots sport governance under the perspective of corporatism.The study concludes that:(1)Incorporation has a deep ideological origin,clear definitional characteristics and clear functional values,and hub-type sport social organisations have obvious features of incorporation in terms of identification conditions,organisational structure and operational responsibilities.(2)In the process of participating in grassroots sports governance,hub-type sports social organisations have demonstrated the value of giving Chinese outstanding traditional sports culture,the practical value of improving the imbalance in the allocation of traditional resources,the social value of enhancing the public's motivation to participate in sports activities,and the theoretical value of expanding the integration of the field of physical education and multidisciplinary research.(3)Based on corporatism,pivotal sports social organisations participating in grassroots sports governance should reshape the concept of grassroots sports governance,adhere to the leadership of party building,strengthen the sense of service,and strive for reform and innovation;create a multi-dimensional and synergistic governance structure,promote the construction of multi-dimensional subjects,promote multi-dimensional subjects'common governance,and realise the sharing of information and responsibility;form the three-governance fusion governance system,and deeply combine the moral governance,self-governance,and the rule of law;and enhance the sports organisations'governance capacity,strengthen team building,improve internal control system,and strengthen publicity and communication.
