研究目的:舒缓型音乐对大学生健身健美训练恢复效果的影响,丰富大学健身健美课程中学生运动性疲劳的恢复手段.实验发现:(1)音乐干预组与自然恢复组的心率在训练前、训练后即刻、训练后 1min、训练后 3min均无显著性差异,P>0.05;在训练后 5min具有显著性差异,P<0.05.(2)音乐干预组与自然恢复组的反应时在训练前无显著性差异,P>0.05;在训练后 5min具有显著性差异,P<0.05.(3)音乐干预组与自然恢复组的大臂围及小腿围在训练前、训练后即刻、训练后 5min均无显著性差异,P>0.05.(4)音乐干预组与自然恢复组的RPE值在训练前无显著性差异,P>0.05;在训练后即刻具有显著性差异,P<0.05.(5)音乐干预组与自然恢复组的EFI值总分和EFI活力激发、身心平静、积极投入分量表的分数均无显著性差异,P>0.05;EFI生理疲惫分量表的分数具有显著性差异,P<0.05.研究结论:实验测试数据表明,舒缓型音乐对健身健美学生运动后疲劳恢复产生一定的影响,健身健美学生训练后通过音乐干预,可以降低在健身健美训练恢复过程中锻炼者的心率和呼吸频率,调节身体机能,帮助锻炼者放松,减少疲劳和疼痛,促进身体快速消除疲劳,从而加快肌肉的恢复和生长,改善锻炼者的体能和健康,提升训练恢复效果,为运动后施加音乐刺激消除疲劳提供一定的参考价值.
The Influence of Soothing Music on the Recovery Effect of Fitness and Bodybuilding Training for College Students
Research objective:The impact of soothing music on the recovery effect of fitness and fitness training for college students,and to enrich the recovery methods for sports fatigue among college students in fitness and fitness courses.Through experiments:(1)There was no significant difference in heart rate between the music intervention group and the natural recovery group before training,immediately after training,1 minute after training,and 3 minutes after training,P>0.05;There is a significant difference after 5 minutes of training,P<0.05.(2)There was no significant difference in response time between the music intervention group and the natural recovery group before training,P>0.05;There is a significant difference after 5 minutes of training,P<0.05.(3)There was no significant difference in the upper arm circumference and lower leg circumference between the music intervention group and the natural recovery group before training,immediately after training,and 5 minutes after training,P>0.05.(4)There was no significant difference in RPE values between the music intervention group and the natural recovery group before training,P>0.05;There is a significant difference immediately after training,P<0.05.(5)There was no significant difference in the total score of EFI values and the scores of EFI vitality stimulation,physical and mental calmness,and positive engagement subscales between the music intervention group and the natural recovery group,P>0.05;there is a significant difference in the scores of the EFI physiological fatigue subscale,P<0.05.Conclusion:Experimental test data shows that soothing music has a certain impact on the recovery of fatigue in fitness and bodybuilding students after exercise.After training,music intervention can reduce the heart rate and respiratory rate of the exerciser during the recovery process of fitness and bodybuilding training,regulate body functions,help the exerciser relax,reduce fatigue and pain,promote rapid elimination of fatigue,accelerate muscle recovery and growth,improve the exerciser's physical fitness and health,enhance the training recovery effect,and provide certain reference value for applying music stimulation to eliminate fatigue after exercise.
