管窥体医融合的运动处方:八段锦与改善久坐"病"

久坐的巨大危害与运动形成的收益二者不能相消,这一认识在我国健康促进领域未能引起足够重视.在"健康关口前移"理念指引下,根据久坐"病"发病机制、特点和久坐群体的社会学特点,设计"八段锦-久坐危害"运动处方,进行循证与运动学分析.结论:久坐危害及风险可概括为相关生理危害、相关心理危害、体态及运动系统危害;运动处方是体医融合的具体抓手及强力耦合点,本设计的核心思路是在静态行为总时长基本不变的前提下,定时插入适合、适量的运动来打破久坐,同时获得健身效果.八段锦运动在运动强度、运动风险、可操作性和疗效潜力等方面的优势显著,推荐将"八段锦-久坐危害"运动处方作为久坐群体长期的日常干预手段,并进行规模推广和跟踪研究.
Perspective of Exercise Prescription in the Context of Physical and Medical Integration:Baduanjin and the Sedentary Risks
The great harm of prolonged sitting and the benefits of exercise cannot be eliminated,which has not attracted enough attention in the field of health promotion in China. Guided by the concept of "health pass moving forward" and based on the pathogenesis and characteristics of sedentary "disease" and the sociological characteristics of sedentary groups,the exercise prescription of "Baduanjin-sedentary harm" was designed to conduct evidence-based medical analysis and kinematics analysis. Conclusion:The harms and risks of sitting for a long time can be summarized as related physiological hazards,related psychological hazards,body posture and movement system hazards. Exercise prescription is the specific starting point and strong coupling point of the integration of body and medicine. The core idea of the design of this prescription is to regularly insert appropriate and appropriate exercise to break sedentary and achieve fitness effects under the premise that the total duration of static behavior is basically unchanged. Baduanjin exercise has significant advantages in terms of exercise intensity,exercise risk,operability and therapeutic potential,etc. It is recommended to use the exercise prescription "Baduanjin-sedentary harm" as a long-term daily intervention means for sedentary groups,and carry out large-scale promotion and follow-up study.
