On the Effect of Wushu Special Skills Blending with BFR Training
To explore the impact of 12 week blood flow restriction training on the specialized skills of Wushu players, this study used an experimental method to conduct a 12 week pressure intervention on 16 Wushu players. Isokinetic muscle strength, specialized skill indicators, and competition results were tested, statistically analyzed, and analyzed before, during, and after the experiment. The experimental results show that the 12 week specialized skill fusion blood flow restriction training has a positive promoting effect on the lower limb muscle strength and specialized skills of Wushu players, and is superior to traditional mode training. In addition, through quantitative data analysis, this method can recruit type Ⅱ fibers in a short period of time, and the improvement effect on knee joint flexors is also more significant.
