摘要
中华武术文化底蕴深厚,技术体系繁杂,博大精深.竞技武术作为中华武术的一部分,在近代以来得到蓬勃发展,各个项目技术风格迥异,各有特点.如何把握动作要领,提升动作演练水平,掌握各项目的风格特点是关键所在.文章运用文献资料法、观察法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对各个项目的风格特点进行研究与界定,以期为习练者掌握各个项目的风格特点提供借鉴,丰富竞技武术理论研究内容,助力竞技武术事业高质量发展.
Abstract
Chinese Wushu has profound cultural heritage,complex technical system,and broad and profound. As a part of Chinese Wushu,competitive Wushu has been developing vigorously since modern times. Each item has different technical styles and characteristics. How to grasp the essentials of actions,improve exercise,and grasp the style characteristics of each project is the key. This study adopts research methods such as literature review,video observation,and logical analysis to study and define the style characteristics of each project,in order to provide reference for practitioners to master the style characteristics of each project,enrich the theoretical research content of competitive Wushu,and assist in the high-quality development of competitive Wushu.
