Teaching Reform and Practice of Wushu in Applied University under Background of Sports Power
Wushu is an important component of the public physical education curriculum system in application-oriented universities. The educational functions contained in Wushu are not only physical fitness,but also rich educational functions and educational concepts. In the context of comprehensively promoting the construction of a sports powerhouse,the teaching of Wushu in application-oriented universities should have clear teaching objectives,integrate ideological and political concepts into the curriculum,teach basic theories and routines of Wushu,guide students to understand the spirit of "Wushu ethics",strengthen cultural confidence,enhance national self-esteem and pride,and cultivate excellent qualities such as perseverance,hard work,self-confidence and self-improvement,unity and cooperation,patriotism and dedication,in order to cultivate comprehensive applied talents with a sense of mission and patriotism.
