规训与惩罚:武术课堂管理的理论依据与实施策略

文章运用文献资料法、参与观察法、专家访谈法,以规训与惩罚为理论依据,对武术课堂管理中学生行为、师生关系和教学氛围三个方面展开研究.研究认为,在学生的行为规范中关键要素是约束学生语言、肢体以及表情;为了维持良好的师生关系,教师要自我规训,做"严师",学生要尊师重道,做"贤徒";营造融洽的教学氛围需要树立学生的武术文化观念、激发学生的传统武术精神、设计合理的课堂环境,旨在提高武术教学质量,促使学生纪律意识和道德观念的养成.
Regulation and Punishment:a Study on the Theoretical Basis and Implementation Strategy of Wushu Classroom Management
Using the literature method,participation observation method,expert interview method,and the theoretical basis of discipline and punishment,the classroom management of students' behavior,teacher-student relationship and teaching atmosphere are studied. The research believes that the key elements are to restrain students 'language,body and expression;in order to maintain a good relationship between teachers and students,teachers should be "strict teachers",students should respect teachers and be "virtuous students";creating a harmonious teaching atmosphere requires establishing students' Wushu culture concept,stimulate students' traditional Wushu spirit,and design a reasonable classroom environment. It aims to improve the quality of Wushu teaching and promote the cultivation of students' discipline consciousness and moral concept.
