Logical Framework for Personalized Promotion of Adolescent Physical Health in the Context of the Digital-Intelligent Society
This paper systematically constructs and explores a logical framework for personalized promotion of adolescent physical health in the context of the digital-intelligent society. Firstly,it delves into the fundamental characteristics of the digital-intelligent society and its impact on adolescent physical health,highlighting the significant value of digital technologies in enhancing intervention precision and delivering personalized services. Next,it meticulously outlines the logical sequence from data collection and individual profile construction,identification of personalized needs and goal setting,design and implementation of customized intervention strategies,to monitoring of outcomes and feedback adjustments,emphasizing the pivotal roles of big data,artificial intelligence,and the Internet of Things in driving data-driven,precision-based,and dynamically optimized processes.In response to the potential issues of data security,technology dependence,and educational resource inequality that may arise during the digital intelligence process,we propose a series of targeted strategies. These include strengthening data privacy protection,narrowing the digital divide,enhancing teachers digital intelligence literacy,improving relevant regulations and industry standards,and advocating for multi-subject collaborative participation. The goal is to ensure the individual practice of promoting adolescent physical health. Lastly,This paper points out the challenges faced by deepening digital intelligence technology,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures in order to promote the physical health of adolescents comprehensively and individually.
