协同治理路径下我国体育赛事治理的实践困境与突围策略

摘要
文章从协同治理路径出发,运用文献资料法与访谈法,厘清体育赛事协同治理实践中基于利益相关者之间的利益冲突,探寻体育赛事协同治理实践的实践困局,提出实效性的策略.首先,以共治为基础,明晰赛事协同治理实践中的职责分工;其次,以精治为手段,构建赛事协同治理效率监督评估体系;再次,以善治为目标,拓宽赛事协同治理渠道;最后,以法治为保障,保障赛事治理实践中的合理权益.
Abstract
This article,from the perspective of stakeholders,uses literature review and interview methods to clarify the conflicts of interest between stakeholders in the practice of collaborative governance of sports events,explores the causes of difficulties in the practice of collaborative governance of sports events,and proposes effective breakthrough strategies. Firstly,based on co governance,clarify the division of responsibilities among core stakeholders in the practice of collaborative governance of sports events;Secondly,using fine governance as a means;Establish a supervision and evaluation system for the efficiency of collaborative governance of core stakeholders in sports events;Then,with the goal of good governance:broaden the channels for collaborative governance of core stakeholders in sports events;Finally,with the rule of law as a guarantee:to safeguard the reasonable rights and interests of core stakeholders in the governance practice of sports events.
