Research on Risk Avoidance of Juvenile Swimming Training From the Perspective of Risk Management
The use of literature,questionnaire and other research methods,the use of risk management theory and Pareto analysis and other theories,explore the risk management of youth swimming training. It is found that the risk of youth swimming training mainly includes personal risk factor,environmental risk factor,coach risk factor and manager risk factor. The risk management of youth swimming training can follow four steps:comprehensively identifying risk factors,constructing risk assessment model,implementing risk avoidance strategy,feedback and improvement,and scientifically carrying out risk management practice of youth swimming training.
