摘要
文章以健康中国为背景,探讨武术运动对培养青少年身体素养的影响,并提出相应的培养路径.武术运动不仅可以提高青少年的身体力量和耐力,还能增进其灵活性、协调性和平衡感.通过反复练习和坚持,青少年培养了耐心、毅力和自信心,提高自我防卫能力,减轻心理压力和焦虑,有利于促进社交互动和团队合作.武术运动是一种全面发展青少年身体素养的有益途径,对鼓励青少年参与武术运动具有重要意义.
Abstract
This paper explores the influence of Wushu sports on the cultivation of adolescents'physical literacy in the context of Healthy China and proposes a corresponding cultivation path.Wushu sports can not only improve adolescents'physical strength and endurance,but also enhance their flexibility,coordination and sense of balance.Through repeated practice and perseverance,adolescents develop patience,perseverance and self-confidence,improve self-defence,reduce psychological stress and anxiety,as well as promote social interaction and teamwork.Wushu sport is a useful way to develop adolescents'physical literacy in an all-round way,and it is of great significance to encourage adolescents to participate in Wushu sport.
