Realistic Review and Mitigation Strategies for Wushu Archive Management
As the main carrier of storing and recording the rise and fall of history,archives play an important role and have great values in the process of Chinese-style modernization.In this study,the practical significance,problems and solutions of Wushu archives management were analyzed through logical analysis,interview and field investigations.This study concludes the following factors including the organizational disorder of traditional Wushu archives management,the lack of supply caused by the lag of infrastructure construction,and the shortage of human resources in archives management,have brought obstacles to the development of modern management of Wushu archives,which not only restricts the development of Wushu ontology,but also severely hinders the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese culture.Under the historical mission of the new era,only by optimizing the organizational design of archives management,promoting the iterative upgrading of management methods,and continuously improving the cultivation of human resources in Wushu archives,can we better realize the healthy and sustainable development of Wushu archives management.
