Martial Culture and Spirit:Comparative Study on the International Development of Wushu and Taekwondo
As an important component of traditional Chinese culture,Wushu culture is closely related to Wushu and serves as an objective basis for understanding and analyzing Wushu phenomena and problems.This article uses literature review,logical analysis,and other methods to conduct a comparative study on the internationalization development of Wushu and taekwondo.It is found that Wushu have rich content and profound cultural heritage,far from being comparable to sports such as taekwondo and judo.The development of taekwondo projects can provide a good reference for the internationalization of Wushu.Therefore,in the process of philosophical contemplation of traditional Wushu techniques,it is necessary to clarify their profound connotations,standardize the technical system,change their own image,deeply tap into cultural heritage,leverage their own advantages,and promote new development of traditional Wushu in important historical opportunities.
