Research on Physical Training Methods for Teenage Fencers
As a traditional Olympic sport,fencing places extremely high demands on athletes'skills and physical fitness.Fencers not only need to master skilled techniques,but also must possess excellent physical fitness to perform outstandingly in competitions.Scientific physical training can not only improve athletes'explosive power,flexibility,and endurance,but also help them better cope with various complex situations in competitions.The article aims to explore in detail the physical characteristics required by young fencers,analyze the importance of physical training in fencing,and provide systematic physical training guidance for young fencers and coaches to improve their training effectiveness and combat skills,enabling them to achieve better results in competitions.
