On the Neijiaquan Culture of Songxi in the Northeast of Sichuan from Anthropological Perspective
The article uses field investigation,interview,and logical analysis methods to conduct research,aiming to provide some reference for the contemporary inheritance of Songxi Neijiaquan health culture. Research has found that from the perspective of cultural anthropology,the health preservation culture of Neijiaquan in Songxi,Northeast Sichuan has rich connotations and extensions. The integration of qi and form is the main embodiment of its health preservation concept,which has important inheritance and promotion value. Conducting in-depth research on it can help inherit and develop this health preservation culture.
