Using literature research method,logical reasoning method,inductive deduction method and other methods,based on the WSR methodology to analyze the influencing factors of the development of Roll-ball sports from the three dimensions of Wu Li-Shi Li-Ren Li theory. The research believes that Wu Li factors are the foundation and guarantee for the development of Roll-ball,Shi Li factors are the specific implementation strategies and steps,and Ren Li factors are the core,which runs through "Wu Li" and "Shi Li". Forms a closely linked "W-S-R" organic system. The article puts forward the development strategy of Roll-ball sports from the three dimensions of Wu Li-Shi Li-Ren Li in order to provide a new theoretical basis for the development of Roll-ball sports.
