Strategies and Significance of High Quality Development of Wushu Culture in Public Physical Education Courses in Universities
The paper uses survey and literature research methods to analyze the current development status of traditional Wushu culture in public physical education courses in universities,as well as strategies and significance for high-quality development. Research suggests that universities should use Wushu technology as a carrier to promote national culture and promote national spirit in their teaching of Wushu. The article analyzes the current situation of the development of Wushu culture in public physical education classrooms in universities through case studies,and proposes countermeasures for the high-quality development of traditional Wushu projects in universities through system design,integration and optimization of online and offline large classrooms,"mutual aid" learning that combines routines and skills,and the extension of Wushu culture in and out of class.to remodel the social image of traditional wushu.
