The Life History Research of Yang Mingzhai,Founder of Sunbin Quan
Using the research method of "life history",with the help of historical documents and field investigation,and taking Mozi's idea of "leaving home" as the breakthrough point,this paper studies the complete life of Yang Mingzhai,the founder of Sun Bin Boxing,in establishing new boxing,perfecting boxing school,spreading boxing types and serving the country with Wushu. While exploring Yang Mingzhai's life course,this paper not only combs the development vein and style characteristics of Sun Bin Boxing,but also gives a glimpse of the overall style of China Wushu from the late Qing Dynasty to the early victory of the Anti-Japanese War and the national spirit of Wushu people. It aims to awaken the sense of historical responsibility and cultural mission of contemporary Wushu people and make due contributions to inheriting Wushu and carrying forward Chinese excellent traditional culture.
