The Influence of Core Stability Training on Balance and Mobility of Young Sanda Athletes
The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of core stability training on the balance ability and rapid movement ability of young Sanda athletes. After analyzing the data of core stability training for 6 weeks,the following conclusions were drawn:(1)Core stability training can effectively improve the balance of young Sanda athletes,and can improve the stability of the athletes' trunk and knee and ankle joint.(2)Core stability training can effectively improve the rapid movement ability of young Sanda athletes,greatly enhance the ability of athletes to make rapid direction change and emergency stop in high-speed sports,and shorten the time required to make technical movements after stabilizing the body in high-speed sports.
