Technical Analysis of Double Whip Twisting Neck and Whipping on Traditional Wushu Soft Instruments
Wushu double whip is one of the representatives of Chinese Wushu soft instruments. In ancient times,it can be wrapped around the waist or folded to hide. Neck twisting and whipping is the core technique of head winding in the double whip routine,which has difficult physical coordination and skill. Through the method of literature,image acquisition and comparative analysis,this paper studies the core action of the double whip project. This paper analyzes,classifieds and decomposes the traditional Wushu soft instruments double whip twisting neck and whipping. And work out 4 ways to learn and improve the neck and whip movement. Through the technical analysis of the traditional Wushu soft instruments,the overall quality of the double whip routine and the success rate of the double whip can be greatly improved,and the reference can be provided for the teaching and training in the future,in order to provide theoretical support for the better development of the double whip in the future.
