On the Reasons and Countermeasures of Athletes' Fear in Wushu Sanda Competitions
Fear is a psychological phenomenon produced by Sanda athletes when they participate in the competition. This phenomenon is most common among young players and inexperienced athletes. It seriously affects the skill level of athletes,interferes with their internal confidence,and makes the original skills unable to play normally. Based on this. From the perspective of sports psychology,this paper analyzes the causes of fear mainly affected by technical level,competition experience,motivation,coaching team and competitors,and puts forward countermeasures to improve their own technical level,enrich personal competition experience,pursue self-value realization,encourage players to face difficulties and analyze the technical characteristics of opponents. It aims to improve the athletes' competition level and ensure that the original technology can be played stably.
