On the Teaching Status and Optimization Strategy of Taijiquan in Higher Vocational Colleges
Taijiquan is a traditional martial art of the Chinese nation,and the state and education departments attach great importance to the popularization and education of Taijiquan. This paper explains the overview of Taijiquan and its characteristics,briefly describes the importance of teaching Taijiquan in vocational colleges,analyzes the current teaching status of Taijiquan in vocational colleges,and puts forward the optimization strategy of Taijiquan teaching,mainly to improve students' interest in learning Taijiquan,create a good teaching environment and atmosphere,cultivate professional and high-quality Taijiquan teachers,integrate the teaching process into curriculum ideology and politics,reform teaching materials and teaching content,actively carry out Taijiquan competition exchanges,and improve teaching methods and teaching methods. Reform the teaching objectives and assessment and evaluation system of Taijiquan.
