The rhythm in competitive Taekwondo plays a very important implicit role in determining the outcome of Taekwondo matches. This role is mostly overlooked by coaches and athletes,thus attributing the factors that determine the outcome of the competition to a lack of competitive ability or other objective factors. This article analyzes the rhythm of Taekwondo competition,aiming to explore and study the essential connotation and laws of rhythm in competitive Taekwondo,and provide reference and inspiration for the training and progress of competitive Taekwondo.
