The Oral History of Bai "Ligegao"in Yunlong Mountain Area
This study focuses on the oral history of Bai "Ligegao" in Yunlong Mountain Area. As a sport of the Bai people in Yunlong County,"Ligegao" not only represents their wisdom,but also a cultural and sports event that has been passed down to the present. The purpose of studying Bai "Ligegao" is to analyze it from a sports perspective. By using field investigation and interview methods,this paper makes a preliminary exploration of the origin and value of Bai "Ligegao" in Yunlong Mountain Area. Through field investigation and interview methods,we can understand the charm of this ethnic heritage,as well as the various origins and functions of "Ligegao". This long-standing dance movement is also an important form of cultural exchange with other ethnic minorities,and it has positive effects on promoting ethnic unity and strengthening the body.
