The article comprehensively uses network research,literature review,and case analysis methods to start with the current situation and existing problems of sports cultural resource reading and promotion,and conducts in-depth research on the value and strategies of library sports cultural resource reading and promotion in the context of a strong sports country. Result:In the context of a strong sports country,libraries have great potential. In the future,it is necessary to attach great importance to the reading and promotion of sports cultural resources,increase the frequency of sports cultural resource promotion,broaden the channels for sports cultural resource promotion,and innovate the methods of sports cultural resource promotion.
