On the Ecological Development Path of Core Competencies of Physical Education Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools under the Background of "Double Reduction"
This study explores the ecological development path of core competencies of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools through literature review,expert interviews,and logical analysis. By analyzing the connotation of core competencies of physical education teachers and dissecting the impact of the "double reduction " policy on their development,this study proposes an ecological development path and discusses its mechanisms and approaches for implementation.
