Using literature,historical analysis,expert research and other research methods,taking Shanghai Sport University as an example,based on the OBE concept,this paper studies the optimization strategy of Wrestling compulsory course for college students.The main conclusions are as follows:In the development of contemporary physical education,the goal of the compulsory course of Wrestling is not clear;The compatibility between course content and social needs is not high:the implementation methods of the course are too single,and other issues.Through the analysis of the problems,it is concluded that the teaching setup of the compulsory course of Wrestling should be clear about the teaching objectives;Enrich the content of teaching courses;Utilize diverse methods in the implementation process of the curriculum to promote the better development of traditional ethnic physical education.
