Sanda belongs to fighting competition,which needs to return to its technical essence,which is the only way to make Wushu education reform.At the same time,whether from the perspective of safety,or from the perspective of "moral and military training",it is necessary to actively integrate the "Wushu" education in Sanda teaching in colleges and universities.In this regard,it is necessary to pay attention to the education of "Wude" in the concept,teach the knowledge of "Wude" flexibly in the method,and investigate the effect of "Wude" education in a certain test way.The education of "Wushu" in the teaching of Sanda in colleges and universities integrates the concept of "practicing both morality and arts and paying equal attention to etiquette and art",and truly influences and benefits students and even the whole society.
