By using the methods of literature,expert interview,field investigation and logical analysis,this paper takes the development of Wushu teaching information development in colleges and universities as the research object under the background of information age,and deeply studies and discusses the practical path of the development of Wushu teaching information development in colleges and universities.The research holds that the information 2.0 era has opened a new prelude to the reform and innovation of higher education and teaching.Therefore,in the context of the information age,the practice path of Wushu teaching reform and innovation in colleges and universities should be "overall planning" and "in-depth governance" from the four levels of the government,schools,teachers and students.That is,the government should do a good job in the top-level design and continue to promote the "new" educational concept.At the school level,we should strengthen the management service and pay attention to the construction and implementation of "reform".Teachers should break through the thinking pattern and respond positively to the "changing" teaching mode.Students should have the courage to try innovation and generally adapt to the "living" learning form,hoping to provide scientific and effective theory and guidance for the reform and development of Wushu education and teaching in colleges and universities.
