The Yi Wrestling,featured by distinct technical characteristics and profound cultural foundation,is the typical representative of Yi culture as well as an important constituent of traditional Chinese culture.In this research,progressive inheritance of Yi wrestling in daily life is analyzed from the perspective of protection of intangible cultural heritages.As revealed by the research results,Yi wrestling,included in the List of Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection,has been developing relatively well in cultural and skill inheritance.According to the era development demands,the approaches of progressive inheritance of Yi wrestling in daily life,such as school inheritance with digitalized empowerment,strengthening of inheritor cultivation,good use of cultural platforms,and consolidation of the awareness of the Chinese national community as the principal lines,are proposed to offer suggestions to better development of Yi wrestling as a cultural treasure of Chinese nation.
