Tibetan traditional sports carry the heavy history and culture of the Tibetan people,is the spiritual food of the Tibetan people,to carry forward and inherit the Tibetan traditional sports culture is an inevitable move in the cultural construction of agricultural and pastoral areas in Xizang.By using the method of literature,field investigation and logical analysis,this paper analyzes the diversified demands of Tibetan traditional sports in the agricultural and pastoral areas of Xizang,and discusses the ways to help the cultural construction of the agricultural and pastoral areas of Xizang.It is believed that Tibetan traditional sports are the daily needs of the Tibetan people,the inevitable embodiment of the socialist core values,can improve the spiritual and cultural life of the Tibetan people,and is the carrier of the consciousness of the community of the Chinese nation.
