摘要
体文旅融合高质量发展是新时代的必然趋势和战略选择,亦是满足人民群众对美好生活向往的必然需求.文章运用文献资料法、调查问卷法、数理统计法等研究方法,以产业融合理论为基础,统计并分析了山西省体文旅融合发展视角下康养产业发展的现状、康养产业急需人才情况及人才培养路径.通过调研数据与Matlab仿真模型,验证培养模式的可行性,并为政府、企业及高校提供参考依据,助力山西康养产业的高质量发展.
Abstract
The integration of sports,culture,and tourism for high-quality development is an inevitable trend and strategic choice in the new era,and it is also an inevitable demand to meet the people's aspirations for a better life.The article uses research methods such as literature review,survey questionnaire,and mathematical statistics,based on the theory of industrial integration,to statistically analyze the current situation of the development of the health and wellness industry in Shanxi Province from the perspective of the integration of sports,culture,and tourism,the urgent need for talents in the health and wellness industry,and the talent training path.The article verifies the feasibility of the training mode through research data and Matlab simulation models,and provides reference for the government,enterprises,and universities to help promote the high-quality development of Shanxi's health and wellness industry.
