As a representative of excellent traditional Chinese sports,Wushu have attracted much attention for their inheritance and development.The essence of Wushu is offensive and defensive skills,and practical combat functions are the inherent meaning of Wushu The article analyzes the practical function of Wushu from the perspective of training theory,including the influence of traditional Wushu training techniques and modern training concepts and methods on the practical function of Wushu,and proposes various training methods to improve the practical function of Wushu.
