On the Inheritance and Innovation of Traditional Wushu Culture in Contemporary Traditional Chinese Medicine Colleges and Universities under the Perspective of Wushu-Medicine Integration
As the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation continues to advance and China's international status continues to rise,the integration of Wushu and medicine under the perspective of the inheritance and innovation of the traditional Wushu culture in contemporary Chinese medicine colleges and universities,how to truly achieve"internal and external cultivation"has become more and more important issues of the times.In this paper,the literature method and logical analysis method are used to explain the historical origin of the deep integration of traditional Wushu and traditional medicine,and the three dimensions of"transforming gymnastics into fist,and fist into reason","carrying the way with Wushu,and showing the way with arts","examining the past and learning from the present,and Chinese and foreign medicine".It is proposed to explore the theoretical meaning of traditional culture with the traditional Wushu technology as the guide,to explore the recreational value of traditional culture with the traditional Wushu movement as the guide,and to implement the path of"integration of Wushu and medicine"in TCM colleges and universities by"cultivation of art and Taoism,and preparation of both training and nutrition".
