Research on the Design and Practice of University Taijiquan Courses Based on the Concept of"Integration of In-class and Out-of-class Learning"
The article uses research methods such as literature review and logical analysis to explore the design and practice of university Tai Chi courses,and analyze their impact on students'physical fitness,skills,knowledge level,and character development.By combining in class theoretical teaching,practical courses,and extracurricular activity training,it has been confirmed that Tai Chi courses not only effectively improve students'physical fitness and skill levels,but also promote the improvement of students'self-discipline,teamwork awareness,and mental health.By analyzing the comprehensive performance of students in this mode,feasible suggestions for optimizing the design and practice of Tai Chi courses have been proposed.
