The article conducted an interview with Sha Junjie,the inheritor of Sha's Wushu and used the method of literature review to supplement the oral history research on the historical process of the inheritance and development of Sha's Wushu in Yunnan.It sorted out the three stages of Sha's Wushu from the initial formation of"four fists in one"Sha's Wushu the maturity of Sha's Wushu system when Sha Guozheng joined the Yunnan Provincial Sports Team as a Wushu coach,and the folk inheritance of Sha's Wushu in order to better protect and inherit Sha's Wushu in the future and promote the development of Yunnan's Wushu.
