The article mainly uses research methods such as field investigation and literature review to study the evolution of Yunnan Jingpo Knife from"technique"to"dance".The evolution of Yunnan Jingpo Knife from"technique"to"dance"is mainly reflected in the shift of focus from combat skills to performance skills,from practicality to symbolic function,and from clan style to social style inheritance.And attribution was made to the evolution of the Jingpo tribe's knife dance,revealing that the transition from"technique"to"dance"in the Jingpo tribe's knife is mainly due to three aspects:changes in living environment and production methods,satisfaction of physical and psychological needs,and changes in social structure and institutional culture.Based on this,it is suggested that the Jingpo ethnic knife dance actively caters to the aesthetic needs of the times and inherits the core of knife dance;Adhering to the concept of people-oriented inheritance and expanding the learning subject of knife dance culture;Form a"cross generational"inheritance model and promote the orderly inheritance of knife dance culture.
