Interpretation of Shared Cultural Symbols in Wushu of Various Ethnic Groups in southwest China——Taking the Bench as an Example
The cultural heritage of ethnic Wushu in the southwest region is profound,and many ethnic groups who have lived in the southwest region have developed their own unique Wushu and equipment systems.After systematic research on Wushu equipment of ethnic groups such as Miao,Tujia,and Buyi,it was found that there are many shared cultural symbols in their Wushu cultures,among which the bench is the most representative.In the Wushu schools of multiple ethnic groups in Southwest China,the bench is used as an important weapon,and there is also the"bench fist"with the bench as the core element.Although benches are widely used items in daily life,they occupy an important position in the Wushu culture of various ethnic groups in Southwest China.This not only reflects the close connection between ethnic Wushu and life,but also becomes a tangible example of shared cultural symbols among various ethnic groups.In the current era of forging a sense of community for the Chinese nation,we should make good use of the shared cultural symbols in various ethnic Wushu to promote the deepening and implementation of the work of forging a sense of community for the Chinese nation.
