By using the methods of literature review and logical induction,this paper discusses the theoretical basis of carrying out ideological and political education in Taiji-related sports courses,excavates and refines the elements of ideological and political education from the rich philosophical thoughts and unique health-preserving culture it contains,gives full play to the advantages of clustered ideological and political education to construct a Taiji-related sports course group with Taiji and Taiji Softball as the dual cores,and explores diversified teaching methods of creating course scenarios with virtual reality technology,so as to promote the real implementation of ideological and political education in Taiji-related sports courses in classroom teaching.
