In order to enrich the educational concept of universities and expand new paths for university education,research methods such as literature review and logical analysis are used to study the goal setting and implementation strategies of Wushu education in universities in the new era.Research suggests that,drawing on the historical forms of Wushu education,the goals of Wushu education in universities in the new era should focus on four dimensions:strengthening physical fitness through Wushu,improving the physical health of college students,cultivating their emotions through Wushu,cultivating their spiritual civilization,refining their aspirations through Wushu,enhancing their psychological literacy,and promoting their cultural cultivation through Wushu.Propose the goal strategy of using"Wushu"as a means to cultivate"physical strength,""courage,"and"mental strength;Reshaping the curriculum oriented strategy of"self-improvement and highlighting skills";Expanding the entrance of Wuhua education,enhancing the teaching staff of Wuhua education,constructing a diversified evaluation system,and improving the evaluation strategy of humanistic care in Wuhua education.
