Theoretical Research on College Wushu Teaching Based on"Internet+Education"
Wushu,as an important component of traditional Chinese sports,carry profound values of self-cultivation and character development.In the university physical education curriculum system,Wushu teaching occupies a significant position.However,how to effectively enhance the fun and effectiveness of Wushu classroom teaching,stimulate students'enthusiasm for continuous participation,and gradually cultivate their exercise habits has become a key issue that Wushu teachers urgently need to solve.This research mainly uses the methods of literature review and logical analysis,takes"Internet plus education"as the research perspective,deeply analyzes the common problems in Wushu teaching,and discusses the application value of"Internet plus education"in college Wushu teaching.The study proposes an innovative path for university Wushu teaching methods from three aspects:building a Wushu teaching resource library,innovating teaching methods,and creating a teacher communication platform.Finally,from the three dimensions of student subjectivity,teaching mode and teaching evaluation,the paper clearly expounds the key points of the application of"Internet plus education"in college Wushu teaching,aiming to enhance the educational effect of Wushu classroom teaching.
