Through the methods of literature review,logical reasoning and interview,this paper understands some bad situations in the training mode of Wushu professionals in colleges and universities,such as unclear positioning of training objectives,weak quality education and imperfect training mechanism,under the educational concept of"health first",aiming at the disadvantages of the training mode of Wushu professionals in colleges and universities,this paper provides several optimization paths:firstly,set up diversified training objectives;Secondly,the balanced development of professional education and quality education;Thirdly,establish and improve the training mechanism of Wushu professionals.It is expected to provide help for the better development of Wushu professional training mode in colleges and universities.
