On the Training Strategies for Young Teachers in Sports Undergraduate Colleges from the Perspective of the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning
The article discusses the necessity of improving the teaching ability of young teachers in sports colleges from the perspective of teaching academia.It proposes that colleges should be guided by the concept of"teaching academia",establish a systematic teacher career development plan,improve the evaluation system and incentive mechanism,encourage young teachers to strengthen teaching reflection and feedback,conduct evidence-based teaching research,strengthen teaching competitions,interdisciplinary exchanges,and international perspectives,promote the organic combination of teaching and research,take multiple measures,and comprehensively improve the ability and literacy of young teachers from multiple perspectives.
