Construction and Empirical Research of Developmental Evaluation Index System of Sports Schools in Shanxi Province from the Perspective of Integration of Sports and Education
Based on system theory and from the perspective of integrating sports and education,this article uses research methods such as literature review,field investigation,expert interview,Delphi method,questionnaire survey,and mathematical statistics to construct a developmental evaluation system for sports schools in Shanxi Province.Empirical research is conducted from the external environment,school environment,teaching staff,and athlete team of sports schools in Shanxi Province,and problems are identified in their current development process.Optimization strategies for the sustainable development of sports schools in Shanxi Province are explored based on these problems.
