Analysis of spatial accessibility of Nankang furniture logistics park based on improved potential model
As an important model for measuring spatial accessibility, the potential model is widely used for analyzing the accessibility of public facilities such as medical education and park green space. This paper took the furniture logistics park as the entry point and introduced the number factor of logistics enterprises into the factors affecting the logistics park area, so as to construct the improved potential model to measure its spatial accessibility. At the same time, the geographic information system (GIS) interpolation method was used to classify the accessibility level, and the influence factor of truck restriction was introduced in the measurement of travel time. Then, the furniture logistics park in the Nankang District was studied to verify the spatial accessibility. The results show that the potential distribution in Nankang furniture logistics park is relatively balanced, and the potential values of central logistics trade mart and Hongtudi logistics park as mature logistics parks are the largest. Moreover, the distribution difference of spatial accessibility of the logistics park is not obvious, showing a distribution pattern of high value in the central and eastern parts and low value in the peripheral parts.
