地理空间框架地名地址数据采集技术研究

当前使用无人机倾斜摄影进行地理空间信息采集的过程中,因受到大量相同地名、地址数据的影响,会出现采集效率较低的问题.因此,本研究构建了一种地理空间框架地名地址数据采集技术.首先,采用统一的坐标系统,通过设计地理空间框架的数据采集流程,计算相邻两个采集点的弦长精度,并对地址数据进行统一处理;然后,根据地址要素的描述规则,对地名地址的采集填写进行说明;最后,进行内业数据和兴趣点的编制,完成地址数据的采集.通过验证可知,与传统方法相比,地理空间框架数据采集技术的采集效率在95%以上,具有更好的采集效果,该采集技术可以在后续类似地理空间信息采集中大力推广.
Data collection technology of geographical names and addresses in geospatial framework
The existing unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) tilt photography faces low collection efficiency during geospatial information collection due to the influence of a large number of the same geographical names and address data. Therefore,a data collection technology of geographical names and addresses in a geospatial framework was constructed. Firstly,a unified coordinate system was used to calculate the chord length accuracy of two adjacent collection points by designing the data collection process of the geospatial framework,and the unified processing was conducted on the address data. Then,according to the description rules of address elements,the collection and filling of geographical names and addresses were explained. Finally,the compilation of internal data and interest points was carried out to collect address data. The validation results show that compared with that of the traditional method,the collection efficiency of the data collection technology in the geospatial framework exceeds 95%,indicating a better collection effect. This collection technology can be vigorously promoted in subsequent similar geospatial information collection.
