Application of ground imitation flight of unmanned aerial vehicles in mountain surveying and mapping
In order to improve the level of hydrological informatization and provide comprehensive and high-quality services for water conservancy work, this paper carried out research on surveying and mapping technology based on ground imitation flight of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) for two typical mountainous areas and designed the ground imitation route according to the large terrain fluctuations in the survey area. Aerial photogrammetry was conducted in survey area 1,and airborne lidar was carried out in survey area 2. The experimental results show that the texture of the model of survey area 1 based on ground imitation flight is clear and fine, and there is no large-scale void, distortion and deformation, and structural loopholes. The overall color and lighting effects of the scene are coordinated, and there is no obvious image distortion. The error in the distance of the three-dimensional model is±0.027 m,and that in the elevation is±0.037 m. The error in the elevation of the laser point of survey area 2 based on ground imitation flight is±0.051 m. All of the errors meet the accuracy requirements of actual production, and high-efficiency and high-precision digital surveying and mapping results in mountainous areas can be obtained.
