Research and exploration of community administration based on 3D real scene
Three-dimensional(3D) real scene China construction provides a new generation of 3D space-time framework for digital China construction. To meet the needs of community governance applications,this paper analyzed the spatial, temporal and thematic characteristics of community governance entities,and constructed a community governance entity data model based on 3D real scene. This paper proposed data organization and expression methods of community governance entity for multi-source and multi-state fusion.To fulfill the demands of community leaders,managers,and residents for "mass condition investigation","good management" and "livability",three major business scenarios are created,including real-time control of community operation situation,urban unified management by a single network,and intelligent upgrading of community governance services.The ability of the 3D real scene fruits to support the refined management of the community is explored.
